What products do you sell?

We offer a curated selection of modern accessories and seating from reputable international brands. Our e-shop collection is growing continuously, and availability may vary. All currently available items can be viewed directly on our online store.

 

Most e-shop products are online-exclusive and are not displayed in our Studio Office showrooms unless clearly stated on the product page. This allows us to offer a wider range of items online while maintaining competitive pricing.

Since most items are not exhibited in-store, we provide detailed descriptions, specifications, and images online. If you need additional information, our customer service team is always here to help.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver exclusively within Cyprus. Expansion to additional regions is under evaluation.

Not yet. Shipping to Greece is planned and will be announced through our newsletter and social media channels once available.

Delivery within Cyprus typically ranges from €5 to €10, depending on the delivery area and the size or category of the item. The exact delivery charge is displayed at checkout before confirming your order.
Yes. Orders €75 and above qualify for free delivery within Cyprus.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

 

  • Up to 1 week for small items
  • Up to 2 weeks for larger or bulky items

 

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules, stock allocation, peak seasons, or external factors. You will receive updates once your order is dispatched.

We partner with ACS Courier, serving all areas of Cyprus.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your ACS tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s progress.
ACS Courier will leave a notification if you’re unavailable. You can either arrange a redelivery or collect your parcel from the nearest ACS service point.

Store Pickup

Can I pick up my order from your store?

Yes. Store pickup is available during checkout for orders in Cyprus. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.

We will contact you by phone or email once your order is ready. Please ensure your contact details are accurate at checkout.

No. Store pickup is free of charge.

Payment & Security

What payment methods do you accept?

We use Stripe, which accepts major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted systems.

Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption and secure payment gateways to protect customer data.
Yes. You will receive an automated confirmation email with your order number and details immediately after purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Please contact us before returning any item so we can authorise and guide the return process.
Email us with your order number. We will provide return instructions and, if necessary, arrange collection through ACS Courier.
  • For defective or incorrect items, Studio Office will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the return is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Product Information

Are the products authentic?

Yes. All products sold through our e-shop come from authorised manufacturers or distributors.
Most products include manufacturer warranties. Warranty duration and coverage vary by product. Details can be found on the product page or by contacting us.
Many of the brands we work with prioritise sustainability. Information regarding sustainable materials or certifications is included in product descriptions when provided by the manufacturer.

If an item is unavailable, you can contact us for restock information.

Yes, Studio Office operates showrooms in Cyprus. Please note that e-shop items are not displayed unless specified. For e-shop order enquiries or pickups, please contact us beforehand.

I'm having trouble placing an order. What should I do?

Try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, or using another browser. If issues continue, contact us and we will assist you in completing your order.
If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications may not be possible if your order has already entered processing or shipping.
Check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there, contact us and we will resend the confirmation.
