These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the e-shop operated by Takis Charalambous LTD (“we”, “our”, “us”) through https://www.shop.takis.com and any associated pages, products, or services. By browsing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or complete a purchase.

4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Euro (€) and do not include VAT.
VAT is calculated automatically at checkout in accordance with Cyprus and EU regulations. All applicable taxes and charges are clearly displayed before order completion.
Prices may change at any time. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors. If an incorrect price is identified, we may cancel the order even after confirmation but before dispatch, with a full refund issued.
Payments are processed through the Revolut Payment Gateway, accepting supported debit and credit cards and other payment methods made available by Revolut at checkout.
All payments are subject to authorisation and verification by Revolut. Orders are not processed until payment authorisation is successfully completed.
We do not accept cash on delivery.
Payment information is encrypted and processed securely by Revolut.
We do not store full card details or sensitive payment information on our servers.
Any payment disputes, chargebacks, or reversals are handled in accordance with Revolut’s terms and applicable card scheme rules.
Gift Cards purchased via the Studio Office e-shop are subject to separate Gift Card Terms & Conditions.
Gift Cards are redeemable online only and are subject to specific rules regarding validity, redemption, refunds, and use.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Gift Card Terms & Conditions, the Gift Card Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
These Terms apply to both consumers and businesses.
EU consumer protections under Directive 2011/83/EU apply only to individuals purchasing for personal use.
Business customers, including sole traders purchasing for business purposes, are not entitled to consumer withdrawal rights.
By placing an order, you confirm whether the purchase is for consumer or business use.
After placing an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email acknowledging receipt.
An order becomes legally binding only once it has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including but not limited to:
Product unavailability
Pricing or listing errors
Failed or suspected fraudulent payment
Misuse of promotions or system errors
If an order is cancelled, any authorised payment will be refunded.

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, customs checks, or stock availability.
Risk of loss transfers in accordance with the Shipping & Delivery Policy and applicable law.
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery access, especially for large or bulky items.
Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable EU law.
Consumers have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of delivery. Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging and components.
Unless defective, the following are non-returnable:
Assembled or installed furniture
Custom, made-to-order, or personalised items
Items without original packaging
Items damaged due to improper handling or installation
Refunds are processed only after returned goods are received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, standard return rules apply.
Products may include manufacturer warranties, which vary by brand and category and apply only to manufacturing defects.
Warranties do not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Misuse or accidents
Improper installation or assembly
Modifications or unauthorised repairs
Failure to follow care or installation instructions
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We are not responsible for courier delays or delivery failures
Our total liability is limited to the value of the purchased product
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under Cyprus or EU law.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR requirements.
We are not responsible for content or damages arising from third-party websites.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and applicable EU legislation.
