1. Scope and Acceptance
These Gift Card Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all Studio Office Gift Cards (“Gift Cards”) purchased or used via the Studio Office e-shop.
By purchasing, receiving, or using a Gift Card, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
2. Redemption and Use
Gift Cards are redeemable exclusively online via the Studio Office e-shop.
Gift Cards cannot be redeemed in showrooms, physical stores, or any other offline locations.
3. Validity Period
Gift Cards are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
Any unused balance remaining after the expiry date will automatically expire and will not be refundable or redeemable.
4. Balance and Payment
Gift Cards may be used as full or partial payment for eligible products.
There is no limit to the number of transactions in which a Gift Card may be used, provided the available balance exceeds €0.00.
If the total value of a purchase exceeds the available Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
5. Restrictions and Limitations
Gift Cards:
- cannot be exchanged for cash and no cash change will be given
- cannot be resold, transferred for value, or exchanged
- cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards
- cannot be combined with other Gift Cards in a single transaction
- are not cheque guarantee cards, credit cards, or charge cards
6. Returns and Refunds
Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
If a product purchased using a Gift Card is returned or exchanged for an item of lower value, any balance owed will be credited back to the same Gift Card used for the original transaction.
Refunds will not be issued in cash or via alternative payment methods.
7. Loss, Theft, and Unauthorised Use
Gift Cards are treated as cash.
Lost, stolen, damaged, or deleted Gift Cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
Studio Office accepts no responsibility for unauthorised use of a Gift Card.
8. Fraud, Misuse, and Suspension
Studio Office reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel a Gift Card or any related transaction if fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms is suspected.
9. Currency and Territory
Gift Cards are issued in Euro (€) and are intended for use on the Studio Office e-shop.
Availability of products remains subject to shipping destinations and applicable legal restrictions.
10. Personal Data and GDPR
Personal data processed in connection with the purchase or use of Gift Cards will be handled in accordance with the Studio Office Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Studio Office shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use a Gift Card.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
13. Amendments
Studio Office reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
The version of the Terms in force at the time of Gift Card purchase shall apply.
